Analista de Cumplimiento y Seguridad de la Información

Objetivo

Brindar soporte operativo y técnico en la implementación y mantenimiento del programa de certificación y cumplimiento de seguridad para los canales ATMs, Banca Móvil/Digital, Internet Banking y Contact Center, conforme a los marcos PCI DSS, Banxico, ISO/IEC 27001 y NIST CSF. El analista colabora con el Project Manager y equipos técnicos en el análisis GAP, seguimiento de remediaciones y gestión de evidencias, garantizando la calidad, trazabilidad y mejora continua de los controles.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Formación: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Ciberseguridad o carrera afín.

 

  • Experiencia:
    • 6 a 8 años en funciones de cumplimiento, auditoría de seguridad, control interno o gestión de evidencias en instituciones financieras o de tecnología.
    • Deseable experiencia en proyectos de certificación o cumplimiento de PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST o Banxico.

 

  • Conocimientos Técnicos:
    • Comprensión general de controles de seguridad de la información, gestión de riesgos y auditoría.
    • Conocimiento básico o intermedio de infraestructura tecnológica, redes, y procesos de TI.
    • Manejo de herramientas de documentación, control de versiones y gestión colaborativa (Excel avanzado, SharePoint, Confluence, GRC).

 

  • Habilidades:
    • Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad documental.
    • Capacidad analítica y organización.
    • Comunicación clara y trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Ingeniero Senior de Software Generativo IA (.NET y Python)

Objetivo

Buscamos un Ingeniero Senior de IA Generativa con experiencia full-stack en .NET y Python para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones innovadoras impulsadas por IA. Serás responsable de construir sistemas de IA generativa a escala de producción, incluyendo arquitecturas RAG, orquestación LLM y aplicaciones agénticas.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • 5+ años en desarrollo full-stack (.NET/C#, Python). 
  • 2+ años en aplicaciones con LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini). 
  • Experiencia con RAG y bases vectoriales (Pinecone, Azure AI Search). 
  • Conocimiento en frameworks de IA (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace). 
  • Experiencia con front-end moderno (React, TypeScript). 
  • Comprensión de DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure).

Contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and secure cloud solutions by managing AWS infrastructure, automating key processes, and strengthening DevOps practices. This role focuses on ensuring operational reliability, optimizing system performance, and supporting architectural and modernization initiatives within a highly collaborative environment.

Technical Skills

AWS Infrastructure Management
  • Extensive experience in Kubernetes administration (deployment, troubleshooting, HA, DR).
  • Strong expertise with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM.
  • Hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices and building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, AWS CodePipeline).
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Automation and scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • 5+ years developing customer-facing applications.

  • 3+ years developing SPAs using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.

This role focuses on building scalable agentic workflows, ensuring safety and alignment, and advancing next-generation AI capabilities within enterprise environments.

Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working with AI agents, autonomous systems, or related technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as AutoGPT, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought reasoning.
